Job Description

  • Reports to the Branch Manager and assists the latter in the implementation of various sales-related processes and activities for the achievement of the company’s objectives.
  • Coordinates various communications and sales-related activities/ processes such as circular memoranda, sales promos, and incentives, inventories, marketing collaterals, accounts receivables i.e. commissions, of Broker Partners, among others.
  • Recruits and Orients new Broker Partners of projects, policies and house rules, procedures, benefits, supports and company’s expectation.
  • Prepares various sales related reports required by Sales Management.
  • Responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient delivery of various administrative tasks such as tripping vehicle requests, sample computation sheets, etc. in accordance with the prescribed company standards and policies.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of monthly sales activities budget requests.
