Job Description

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Drafts project briefs and budgets for activities and for new project launches.
  • Conducts market research and competitive scanning, particularly on payment terms, buyers promos, sellers incentives and commission schemes.
  • Provides input on the effectiveness of its project collaterals - off and on site – for immediate implementation

 

Sales Activities

  • Monitors performance & attendance of sellers during the accreditation seminar.
  • Validates the accreditation of all new sellers.
  • Conducts accreditation & product knowledge seminars using approved materials of the company.
  • Attends to all sales & marketing related activities of the project/s assigned to her.
  • Presides sales meetings with her sellers and provides all sales and marketing related information which is vital to meeting the corporate targets.
  • Prepares sales computation of standard and promo payment terms.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate preferably in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resources or any related course
  • With 1- 2-year experience in the position or in the industry
  • With excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • With strong leadership and motivational skills;
  • Can work with minimum supervision and under extreme pressure;
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional travel

 

Job Description

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct supervision and guidance to her subordinates;
  • Conducts periodic performance evaluation of subordinates and makes appropriate recommendation on personnel promotion and sanctions for specific violations;
  • Motivates her subordinates to perform their respective tasks to achieve the goals of the Department;
  • Encourages teamwork among personnel within the department;
  • Ensures her subordinates’ adherence to company policies;
  • Attends Departmental Heads meeting.
