• Graduate of a four-year business course;
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in Sales;
• Relevant exposure in Sales, Marketing, Administration, and Service functions;
• Can recruit, train, and manage sales people;
• Must have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• Highly analytical and with very good problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of competitors' products and strategies;
• Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus.

• Average verbal and written skills;
• Basic people handling;
• Very good interpesonal skills;
• With excellent customer service skills;
• Adept in computer applications;
• Can conduct training and seminars, with modulated voice;
• Creative, energetic, and passionate.

Qualification:

• College Graduate with degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Real Estate Management or equivalent;
• Preferably licensed Real Estate Broker with experience in Sales;
• Goal-oriented, resilient, dependable, accoutable, competitive and has a positive outlook;
• Work experience in related industry;
• With excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Above average people handling skills;
• Computer literate.
