Job Description
- Reports to the Branch Manager and assists the latter in the implementation of various sales-related processes and activities for the achievement of the company’s objectives.
- Coordinates various communications and sales-related activities/ processes such as circular memoranda, sales promos, and incentives, inventories, marketing collaterals, accounts receivables i.e. commissions, of Broker Partners, among others.
- Recruits and Orients new Broker Partners of projects, policies and house rules, procedures, benefits, supports and company’s expectation.
- Prepares various sales related reports required by Sales Management.
- Responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient delivery of various administrative tasks such as tripping vehicle requests, sample computation sheets, etc. in accordance with the prescribed company standards and policies.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of monthly sales activities budget requests.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate of Psychology/Management/Mass Communication or equivalent.
- With excellent verbal and written communication skills and people handling skills.

Strategic Marketing
- Drafts project brief and marketing plan for new projects;
- Conducts market research from time to time;
- Regularly updates competitor’s study within concerned project areas;
- Proposes effective payment terms and promos that may be applicable to the assigned projects;
- Recommends buyer’s incentives for projects handled.
Promotional Initiatives
- Recommends ideas and strategies for internet advertising;
- Creates Media Plan and drafts Press Releases for their respective projects on a regular basis;
