Job Description

  • Preparation Checks for PDC warehouse, pull-out request and for re-deposit checks
  • BPI online transactions – monitoring & confirmation, prepares Returned Check memos
  • 60 days Options & Collection Projection Report
  • Bank Reconciliation and Monthly Collection Reports Reconciliation & Filing
  • Monthly Delinquent Report and Sending of Notices (FN & NOC and endorsement for Re-open
  • Monitors status of notices sent through LBC on LBC website and request for sending back of undelivered notices
  • Monthly Collection Report Summary/MCR
  • Monitor billings to SLLI/GSRC – Ponte & Valle Verde and issuance of OR/AR and SLRDI’s receivables
  • Fixed Asset Management- Tagging/Physical Inventory and reconciliation in the books
  • Prepares billing of Marketing Subsidy, monitors and recon with SLRDI/SLLI
  • Monthly depreciation of Fixed Asset
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Description

  • Maintains the office, its fixtures and its premises clean and free from rubbish and dirt at all times, store all trash and garbage properly;
  • Maintains the office and its premises free from disturbing, offensive and bad odors;
  • Performs office related errands such as but not limited to bank deposit & withdrawal, payment of utility bills, mailing, photocopying of office related documents;
  • Perform minor office repair & canvass materials for fixture replacement
  • Purchase monthly pantry supplies
  • Perform other related task that maybe assigned from time to time.
