Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Branch Manager and assists the latter in the implementation of various sales related processes and activities for the achievement of the company’s objectives.
  • Coordinates various communications and sales related activities/processes such as circular memoranda, sales promos and incentives, inventories, marketing collaterals, accounts receivables i.e. commissions, of Broker Partners, among others.
  • Recruits and orients new Broker Partners of projects, policies and house rules, procedures, benefits, supports, and company’s expectation. 
  • Prepares various sales related reports required by Sales Management.
  • Responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient delivery of various administrative tasks such as tripping vehicle requests, sample computation sheets, etc. in accordance with the prescribed company standards and policies.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of monthly sales activities budget requests.
  • Monitors the productivity and efficiency of the Broker Partners.
  • Monitors the conversion of sales from booking to paid-up and ensures its timely and accurate submission to Sales Management.
  • Monitors and coordinates with Broker Partners timely compliance of documents.
  • Coordinates with concerned internal parties all sales related issues raised by clients to ensure immediate resolution.
  • Promotes and professional working relationship with colleagues, superiors, and with external parties.
  • Actively participates and contributes to the development and accomplishment of company objectives.
  • Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities;

  • Drafts project brief for marketing activities and events such as launches, CSR activities, etc.
  • Assists in all marketing activities and events
  • Regularly conducts market research and competitive scanning, particularly on pricing, payment terms, promos, incentives.
  • Provide input on the effectiveness of its project collaterals - off and on site – for immediate implementation.
  • Receives and processes Marketing Job Order Forms nationwide making sure that all collaterals requested are submitted and delivered on time
  • Prepares budget of approved proposals, collaterals and activities 
  • Monitors all marketing & advertising collaterals such as billboards, flyers, sales maps, company merchandise, etc.
  • Proposes, recommend and processes contracts of advertising opportunities for all projects
  • Performs other related task that maybe assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate preferably in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resources or any related course;
  • With experience in the position or the industry;
  • With excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;

  • Prepares timekeeping report (bi-monthly); 
  • Prepares and processes payroll;
  • Prepares annualization in coordination with Accounting Department;
  • Prepares of appointment papers such as NPA, lateral transfer, promotion, regularization etc.;
  • Prepares summary & reports on Performance Appraisal Forms (PAF);
  • Monitors appointment papers, PAF and Contracts that are due to end/renew etc.;
  • Prepares & process employee's final pay & quit claim including processing of certificates etc.;
  • Process company-initiated benefits (Company loan, medical/medicine reimbursement, communication allowance, per diem, meal allowance, bereavement assistance, etc);
  • Process mandatory benefits (SSS Loan, SSS sickness benefit/maternity benefit, SSS/PHIC/HDMF certification, etc);
  • Prepares prestige report & its reward to employees
  • Prepares of tardiness report and tardiness memo;
  • Participation in DOLE & other government institution for updates such as but not limited to SSS, Philhealth, HDMF etc.;
  • Maintains proper documentation & filing of documents;
  • Maintains proper dissemination & evaluation of information;
  • Assists in the facilitation of HR programs, events etc
  • Presents reports & comprehensive studies re: COMPBEN
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
