  • Background in real estate operation is an advantage

Job Description

  • Commission processing and monitoring of Deduction and handles all Agent related query
  • Sending of APV and Summary of Release Commission to Branches
  • Receiving of Documents & Transmittal of documents to Branches
  • Check processing for suppliers, billings, advances and all other request for check preparation and preparation of 2307 Certificate
  • Releasing and Monitoring of Check Vouchers from branches
  • Monitoring/ Inventory of Office Supplies and preparation of request and accountable forms as Revolving Fund, Cash Advances & Check Preparation
  • Posting of Disbursements (Green Copy)
  • Revolving Fund Custodian & Prepares replenishment on a weekly basis
  • Prepares Daily Cash Position ReportChange Management: To Understand and adjust to organizational change and transition and how it operates
